Located in Montesquieu-des-Albères, this property includes two separate houses: a 90 m² single-storey house reserved for guests and another occupied by the owners. Enjoy pleasant mountain views. The guest area features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a small bedroom with a single bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The home accommodates up to 4 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), three TVs, a DVD player, three fans, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and three coffee machines. You’ll enjoy a 200 m² outdoor area with a 100 m² pool, a covered terrace with a plancha grill, and garden furniture. Up to three cars can be parked on site. There is also storage for motorcycles and bikes, plus a ski area. Families with children are welcome. Parties are not allowed. Towels and bed linen are available for an extra fee. The owner, living next door, can assist you if needed. Color-coded bins are provided for waste sorting. Further information will be given on site. Guests have priority use of the pool until 6 pm; after that, it is shared with the owners. It is possible to book 4 or 5 nights instead of 7 (off-season and on request).
